Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Lazy Dad Gourmet, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Use of the App

Lazy Dad Gourmet is a meal planning tool designed to help you organize recipes, plan meals, and manage grocery shopping. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

AI-Generated Content

The app uses AI to generate meal plans and recipes. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated recipes are suggestions, not professional dietary advice
• Always verify ingredients if you have severe allergies
• Nutritional information is estimated and may not be exact
• Cooking times and temperatures are guidelines—use your judgment

Food Safety

The app provides expiration date tracking as a convenience feature. However:

• Always use your own judgment about food safety
• When in doubt, throw it out
• The app is not responsible for foodborne illness

User Content

Recipes and data you create belong to you. By using sharing features, you grant others permission to use shared recipes.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for:

• Inaccurate nutritional information
• Recipe suggestions that don't meet your dietary needs
• Data loss (though we recommend using iCloud backup)
• Third-party service outages (OpenAI, Instacart, etc.)

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
